As a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2003, Eric Altman serves as President of Berrington Properties, located in San Juan Capistrano, California. He received his B.S. from UNLV and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. He has owned, brokered and managed residential, HOA and Commercial Real Estate in Southern California and Colorado. Most recently he has received his CACM certification for HOA Community Management. Currently active in the Orange County community, he is the past President of the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce and has sat on numerous non-profit Boards. He currently resides in Irvine with his wife Cindy and their 3 children.
